What share of the Brazilian samples score at least 80% European, please? What about at least 90%?

19.9% score at least 90% European and 48.2% score at least 80% European.

This is pretty similar to the percent of Brazilians who identify as white (43.4%).

Brazil is very complex and diverse, in Curitiba, the biggest capital in the South and Joinville, the biggest immigrant city in the country, the proportions are completely different from other cities, there are a good proportion of 100% Euro and the old Colonial Brazilian Portuguese stock is more than 90-95% Euro. Other cities have a good proportion of African and Amerindian admixtures in other parts of the country, but always the old Colonial Brazilian Portuguese stock will also be present.

Here is something that perhaps some of you will find interesting.

There's this guy on Facebook who gathered many modern G25 averages for Latin America.

He is one of the administrators for this Facebook group, named Felipe: https://www.facebook.com/groups/50608731...cale=pt_BR

He offers the service of mapping your similarity, like Ph2ter does, but for new world Latin American samples.

I'll share my results. It should be useful to see which areas have the greatest European influence, since I descend completely from European migrants (mostly Northern Italian and German, with some Polish):

My top similarities are in the Serra Gaúcha and Itajaí Valley. Overall, very concentrated in southern Brazil, followed by some parts of Uruguay and Argentina. Espírito Santo also shows up, due to some German and Italian immigration as well.
