This lacks the ranis samples can you add them please? Perhaps I can make one of my own if I have the time.
Also it lacks the Dzuduana haplogroup K

-Ranis Paleolithic
-Moedling Avar haplogorup assignments
-Origin of Indo-europeans study g25 coordinates
-in column A likely duplicates (same master ID) are marked.
-in column BB, g25 samples are divided into basic clusters (EEF, Yamnaya..)

You should also use these, which contain all samples 12% coverage and above (some that are below this threshold as well):

They are already in there, but for most of them I haven't yet added additional information, like Y/MT-DNA, study name, etc.

I see, that seems to be some kind of maximum lengnth imposed automatically by the software. But there is also another sorting function, if you click on the column name above (B, C...) which includes all cells.

I added it, I guess the C assignment in the AADR database was copied from Sunghir by mistake?

I have added FTDNA Y-dna assignments for all samples with the help from another user. The link is still the same:

i reccomend to use the column AL/Y-dna final to sort closely related subclades together. Most of the labels should be correct.
