I've uploaded there a couple of y bams and very content - they are fast, scrupulous and free

Even in SNPs ?

I've uploaded bam to them once and they processed it fast.
They are more flexible than Yfull. I recovered and contributed FASTA sequences from Chinese Pangenome Consortium files and they handled those without fuss. YFull does not accept this format.

Yes, they are helpful guys.
However, they put bams with even lower than 1% coverage. They also use older copy of Yfull tree so have much lower experience when it comes to determining age of clades.
They are not restricted though when it comes to ancient genomes, so its more helpful in analysing various DNA papers.

They detected private SNPs in new sample and cope as good as yfull in all known SNPs.
Though they don't make strs as yfull but I don't need them

I got a lot SNPs in TheYtree but i dont have info about qual and reads this SNP
this picture compared btw my SNPs in Yfull and TheYtree

Yes but sometimes there false in Y Hg sample especially a sample ancient but anyway they are doing good work

I was checking in SNPs private TheYtree in YFull i dond find SNP like this SNP TY488767 (Error: SNP "TY488767" is not in the database )

The same situation
They have found tyt173932/mf20529, tyt139867/mf77127, ty474006 and 1 unnamed SNP
I think their findings rarely taken into account by yfull and ftdna and listed in their databases.
