Haplogroup A00 is probably the most misterious haplogroup from all the already known groups.
This is the most ancient "human" haplogroup.

But is this only  a "human" haplogroup, or it is also shared also with Neanderthals and Denisovans ?

The Y tree site already positionned the Denisovans and the Neanderthals in an early branch of Hg A. They added one additional 0 for it.

This y tree is not trustable , plus if I am not mistaken all neanderthals sampled so far had clearly Sapien derived Y chromossome.
We are still waiting for the new Denisova-25 men to be scanned and published.

I don't expect it to be much different from the current Denisova results (low coverage, bad quality). And I don't think Denisova Y-CHR is much different from A00. But we never know in advance.

The new Denisova-25 was annonced to be 24x coverage, which is excellent. Hope we will see these results soon.
