There seems to be a slight "bump" in recent South American hits in the FTDNA Block Tree.
2023 also saw the first Spanish DF19 kit, and that has ties to Migration TMRCA German and Polish lines (maybe something like Vandal, Suebi or Visigoth connection that also could apply to some S. American kits?):

Z17112 has seen a big bump in Swedish Big Y kits.
Also the Spanish kit mentioned above seems to have been edited to be one of the Mexican kits in the Z17112 subset, so it could still be Spanish prior to that, but maybe they can't confirm.
Latvia, Ukraine and Iceland now showing up in Z17112, too (the Icelandic sample in the previous post is Z302, not DF88):

Summary for last 6 months. Sweden has nearly tied the Netherlands and Denmark has nearly tied Belgium.
Countries on the Baltic got a pretty big boost, and central/east Europe has more of a presence.
Less drama in the classic "over-represented" FTDNA client countries:

Some of the Mexican moderns were briefly listed as Spanish. At least one of the Mexicans is on a "374 CE-formed" 3-man branch, (Z17112>FT354149>>>BY145862), with German and Polish moderns. It would be interesting to see if there are any Visigoth or Vandal links, and/or links to I20271 400-700 CE Girona, Pla de l'Horta.

**Note on Russian DF19>Z302: The poet Mikhail Yuryevich Lermontov was born in Moscow into the Lermontov family, and he grew up in the village of Tarkhany (now Lermontovo in Penza Oblast).[2] His paternal family descended from the Scottish family of Learmonth, and can be traced to Yuri (George) Learmonth, a Scottish officer in the Polish–Lithuanian service who settled in Russia in the middle of the 17th century.[3][4][5] He had been captured by the Russian troops in Poland in the early 17th century, during the reign (1613–1645) of Mikhail Fyodorovich Romanov.[2] Family legend asserted that George Learmonth descended from the famed 13th-century Scottish poet Thomas the Rhymer (also known as Thomas Learmonth).[2] He is at FTDNA Discover and yfull as DF19>Z302>FT11655>Z8193>FT18289>Z39896>Z39898>FT208980>Z43691>FT28743.
