J1c5a1a3a (C9449T)

I decided to add information about the maternal line here, since I am interested in information about how the ancestors on the female line came to Ukraine.

Here is a brief information

1. Information from AI:

"Haplogroup J1c5a1a3a is a subgroup of mitochondrial haplogroup J that arose about 45,000 years ago in the Middle East or Caucasus. This haplogroup is associated with the spread of agriculture and pastoralism in Europe during the Neolithic era, approximately 10,000–8,000 years ago.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Haplogroup_J_(mtDNA)

Subgroup J1c5a1a3a is characterized by the mutation C9449T. Although specific information about the distribution and history of this subgroup is limited, it is known that haplogroup J1c5a and its subclades were present in various ancient populations. For example, J1c5a has been found in representatives of the Bronze Age Sintashta culture in Russia and Kazakhstan, as well as in Vikings in Denmark.

some information about the ancient sample from AI:
"Viking VK284 (also referred to as Denmark_Grydehoj A2058) is an ancient DNA sample obtained from a burial site at Trekroner-Grydehøj in Roskilde, Zealand Region, Denmark. Here is detailed information about the sample:
General information
Location and dating:
The specimen was found in Denmark (Trekroner-Grydehøj, Roskilde, Zealand region) and is dated to the period from the 9th to the 11th century CE (approximately 800–1100CE).

Molecular sex:
Determined as female (F).

Mitochondrial lineage:
The predicted haplogroup is J1c5a1. This corresponds to a lineage that is deeply rooted and widespread among ancient Scandinavian populations.

Genetic profile and analysis
The VK284 sample was subjected to detailed genetic analysis, the results of which were published in the official study (doi: 10.1038/s41586-020-2688-8). According to the model proposed by Davidski (Ancient Model from Davidski), the genetic composition of this individual was distributed as follows:

Yamnaya_RUS_Samara: ~53.53%
(reflects the contribution of populations associated with the steppe cultures of Eastern Europe and Western Asia).

TUR_Barcin_N: ~30.20%
(connection with Neolithic populations of Anatolia, which is characteristic of the spread of agriculture).

WHG (Western European Hunter-Gatherers): ~16.27%
(reflects the residual influence of local ancient populations of Europe).

This combination indicates a typical Viking mixed genetic background, with both ancestral and local European components present."

I don't think is good for asking AI about History and origin Haplogroups
Haplogroup J is Haplogroup J originated approximately 42000 years , with several of its earliest branches being found within the Arabian Peninsula and Northern Africa ( maybe in North Africa its back a EEF )
This study about mtDNA J
Phylogeographic history of mitochondrial haplogroup J in Scandinavia
