email password change

I can't login to my original account "Russki" ever since this forum moved from genarchivist.com to genarchivist.net. The old password (which I remember) isn't working and I don't receive a password-changing url link in my Google mail inbox despite requesting it several times.

Have exactly the same problem. Also that thing where you have to input the image of letters you see is occasionally a bit ambiguous regarding whether they are upper or lower case though I don’t think that’s the issue.
