After compiling a list of European-descended people worldwide, I decided to follow up and compile a list of complete ethnic composition of the whole world. However, I'm having trouble with finding data for some countries and dependencies in the Americas (even though I did find the data on the number of whites in these countries and dependencies).
These are Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba (the BES islands), Aruba, Curacao, Saint Martin and Sint Maarten.
For Curacao I did find few GEDmatch kits and they indicate that the population is multiracial African-European-Asian mixed, with a minor Amerindian component.
Here is a K36-based Vahaduo model for Curacao (results reduced to five populations):
Target: Curacao(n=4)
Distance: 316.9997% / 3.16999656 | R5P
52.4 Africa_ML_Mali-Sikasso-Region
20.8 Asia_LA_Phongsaly-Province
12.8 Europe_NL_Gelderland
9.2 Europe_FR_Var-Department
4.8 America_MX_Hidalgo-Native
Do you think that other islands mentioned above have a similar composition as Curacao?
Curacao, Aruba and Bonaire probably have a similar ethnic structure because they share the Papiamento Creole language. But what about Sint Eustatius and Saba?
