I am looking for additional data for Kenya Swahili Bajun populations.
For the moment we have only some data at 50% coverage in HO dataset.
It is important to validate if the existing data is reliable and if possible to have a full coverage data for such population.
Kenya Swahili -  Bajun speakers seems to have one of the most exotic components, which contributed largely  during OOA migration events.
Adding such data would allow to validate the contribution of this group for the OOA and also to check further the relation between this group and other Africans.
If someone have such data  as belonging to such group or just  the results  from some regular test as 23andme please send me a message.

Something is probably wrong with these G25.

There is a very good chance to have such genuine "Kenya Bajun" component, which contributed by high percent in OOA events.
Because of such Bottleneck event, on the output of this bottleneck this relatively small African component may have contributed by high percent to all OOA populations.
For this reason all our current models are failing to register such component. Admix tools and other tools generate very weird results. And even the G25  behaves so badly.

The data provided as separate geno file is correct there.
Just the merging to HO dataset is not good.

I converted the geno dataset to plink format, merged it into HO and tested it.
Now it was projected correctly on the PCA.
I will contact the people responsible for the HO dataset to inform them for this technical issue.

The reason for the genetic composition of such a Kenyan ethnic group cannot be certain, because, in general, the Swahili-speaking population belongs to the Bantu peoples, and the Bantu language family has also been distributed in West Africa.

There were a few “attempts” to “cause an association” between some ancestors of some ancient East Asian ethnic groups and the most dubious areas, located in West Africa.

For example, it was often claimed that even a few main East Asian populations did not allegedly have the notion of god, while the notion of god existed in a West African Kassena population (the areas of Ghana, Burkina Faso), which unexpectedly spoke a tonal language, taking into account that tonal languages are widely distributed in East Asia, whereas other African populations, having an ancient Creator God, were not directly suitable for “causing an association”, since they did not speak tonal languages. As a directly unrelated side phenomenon, the “bird worship”, “crow worship” was very briefly mentioned in another topic, and, in accordance with the data of the IVPP (the Institute of Vertebrate Paleontology and Paleoanthropology in China), the image of such a “sun bird” should have appeared due to the contact between the descendants of the controversial ancient group (which did not initially belong to yDNA CF), mentioned in another topic, and migrating relatives of the yDNA O-M122-related ancient Chinese group, aware of the “admiration of the Sun”. Unlike this, the West African Kassena were considered monotheists and animists, simultaneously worshiping the Creator God /We/ and venerating the ancestors. Another completely different population from Eurasia, which actually worshipped the single “indigenously and peculiarly described” Creator God, were the Abkhazians, and one more population from Eurasia, which was highly likely to have worshipped the single “indigenously and peculiarly described” Creator God in the past, were the Chukotko-Kamchatkans (as an aside, it should be reminded that lexical connections for Abkhazian and Chukotko-Kamchatkan languages were “automatically” reconstructed in Jager, 2017 (“From words to features to trees: Computing a world tree of languages from word lists”), though it is necessary to mention that the Abkhazian-Chukotko-Kamchatkan lexical connection was unexpectedly reconstructed as a part of the wider Papuan linguistic group in Jager, 2017).

Surprisingly, the name /We/ of the Creator God of the Kassena was quite similar to the reconstructed Sino-Tibetan copula /*wei/ “to be”, while the notion of god as “the Existing One” is known in Eurasia. However, the data of the IVPP show that the connection between Papuans, Abkhazians and Chukotko-Kamchatkans could have only appeared due to the extremely ancient yDNA CT* populations (one of them should have reached the Arabian Peninsula as well), and the autosomal DNA of the “Abkhazian” yDNA CT* population could have only preserved in the Caucasus “on the female side” in bearers of the Western Eurasian mtDNA lineage from the territory, other than Georgia, while the “Chukotko-Kamchatkan-affiliated” yDNA CT* population should have reached Western Eurasia and Tibet (the vicinity of the location of the Yushu2.8K site, where yDNA D-M174 individuals lived and the tundra climate was observed) in the Paleolithic and later could have reached ancestors of one Hmong-Mien population, belonging to yDNA O-M175, whose representatives should have later joined Mongol-affiliated yDNA Q and yDNA C groups, and thus the DNA of their descendants could have reached the Chukotko-Kamchatkans, whereas one group of the Ba could have only been geographically not very close neighbour of the mentioned ancestors of this one Hmong-Mien population. The more detailed IVPP data only suggest that there only was an intermediary population, which insignificantly contributed to the western part of the Africans, to Kostenki14, and to the “Chukotko-Kamchatkan”-affiliated yDNA CT*-affiliated group. Consequently, there could not be direct connection between the /We/ Creator God of the Kassena in Africa and “indigenously and peculiarly described” (in folklore remains) Creator God of the Chukotko-Kamchatkans. Consequently, it may be potentially possible that the notion of the Creator God was as old as the period of the split between the African Kassena ancestors and various most ancient Eurasian groups, belonging to yDNA CT, while the Homo Sapiens were detected in Arabia almost 90000 years ago.

Similarly, the IVPP data showed that there could not be the connection between the name /We/ of the Creator God of the Kassena of Africa and the reconstructed Sino-Tibetan copula /*wei/ “to be” (while the notion of god as “the Existing One” is known in Eurasia). Indeed, the IVPP data showed that, from the local point of view, the wider and older ancient Chinese notion of Fuxi as “The Creator”, which should have been initially characteristic of the population, contributing to the Hongshan Niuheliang site, should have been locally reinterpreted as “the Existing One” due to the interethnic contacts, which involved the “geographically relatively close” association of “formerly related (via the stage of the shared “ancient East Asian homeland”) and initially like-minded (since the Early Upper Paleolithic)” populations of Early Neolithic (=>Middle Neolithic) Shandong Houli individuals, and the notion of “the Existing One” should have locally distributed among relevant ancient East Asian ethnic groups, coming from mainland China via this geographic region.

Summing up, only “An daman Onge, Hoabinhian” ethnic groups acquired the genetic connection to Bantu-related West Africans so far (in the article by Hugh McColl), and the Hoabinhians reached the Guangxi Province of China and some Austronesians during the later period. From the side of the IVPP data, the IVPP data do not strongly favor the Spain<=>Morocco route for the mentioned “Onge-West Africa” connections, so the Onge ancestors should have been aware of other populations, which could travel via mainland Africa between West Africa and Eurasia.
