What are the presumed origins of these V12 samples?

Hello everybody
I have a question i have been saw in Haplotree FTDNA ( mtDNA) i see many samples from United States America but they doing flag Native American and belonging a mtDNA Haplogroup European or African
i see in my subclade there 5 sample native American but us this people's has ancestry Germany or British Isles?
There 14 sample from Germany and 7 from British Isles , 3 from United States America ( possible ancestry Irish or British or German?)
as far now there only 36 samples have provided their original ( 48% provided their original and 52% arent provided
their original)

Y-DNA: E-A30032< A30480 (~1610 CE) ( Native in North African Amazigh  )
mtDNA: V25-C16298T!! ( 3197 BCE ) Bell-Beaker  ~ Roman < North Africa
